When do you order my items?
- We will order the items once we get your payment.

- Please wait 1-2 days for the response. If you still didn’t get any word from us, please resend your order.
What mode of payment do you accept?
- We only accept paypal. Buyers should pay for the paypal fee. Read this!
Can I send any currency?
- No. We only accept USD.
Do you ship to _____?
- We ship anywhere as long as you’re willing to pay the price.
How much is the shipping fee to ____?
- It actually depends on the weight of the item, location and type of shipping. You will know your fee when we receive and respond to your order.
Where do you ship from?
- USA or China. It’s either Erica’s shipping or Yoona.
Where are your items from?
- South Korea and China.
Can I track my order?
- Yes. We will post your tracking number in the status page.
How long does it take for the items to arrive?
- most likely 10-15 days.
Why haven’t I received my item yet?
- It’s either we haven’t sent it yet or it’s lost in the mail.
Will you replace my lost or broken item?
- It depends on the case. If it’s broken when you received it we will replace or give a refund. If it never came to you, that’s the post office’s problem. We cannot control how the PO works.
